Kevin is a ball man; he enjoys ping pong and tennis. He plays in a table tennis league and previously managed his sons' football team. Even though Kevin dressed up as a cat at one Christmas party he does not enjoy eating fish, preferring a roast dinner and will turn his hand to cooking most dishes. Kevin has been at FSC since 1996 and even after all these years he still finds no two days are the same.

All of us at FSC are foodies, and Simon is no different. However his favourite food is a real classic - Steak and salad! Simon loves cooking and food has always been part of family life, as he was brought up in a hotel and descends from generations of caterers. Simon doesn't really have any pet hates and never takes anything for granted. His favourite holiday destination is the South of France where the Alps meet the Mediterranean. Cycling is Simon's passion as it's been part of his life from a young age and something he still enjoys as much today. He also likes endurance swimming, to battle against the elements. One of his future goals is to walk the base of Mont Blanc.

Mark is a foodie like the rest of us. His favourite food is Italian, (after spending time cooking with Aldo Zilli), and he loves cooking for family and friends. Mark is at his happiest when he is eating out, walking his dogs or simply spending time with his daughter and partner - and even happier if accompanied with a decent real ale. Mark can't stand rude people and very slow drivers, which must be extra frustrating as he spends most of his working day in the car! His favourite holiday destinations are Greece, (he has sailed around most of the Greek islands), and Spain as the food there is nearly as good as Italian food.Mark would like to get back into sailing soon and return to the Greek Isles.

Lee’s favourite holiday destination is Canada, though Australia is on top of the list of places to visit in the next couple of years. Another goal is to get his level 4 AES Training Qualification.

Monika started with us in October 2013, and the job suits her well as she loves to travel and visit new places; whilst taking lots of photos as a keen photographer. To relax Monika either paints or cooks a special dish for her family and/or friends. Her favourite dishes include 'salmon baked with lemon' and the Polish dish called “Pierogi”- which is boiled dough pockets filled with meat or cottage cheese. Having lived in the Czech Republic for many years, Monika still can't quite get used to the native cuisine, especially their dumplings with creamy sauces, even though they are her husband’s favourite!
