The FSC technical team aim to be recognised as a centre for technical excellence not just within FSC or the sandwich industry, but throughout the food industry as a whole. Their central objective is to provide complete food safety and quality assurance at every step within the supply chain.

The team encompasses food safety and quality, they support our clients with seamless due diligence and total technical confidence. They will provide all internal departments and clients with specialised information, help and advice; and through research and training they ensure that we remain technical experts within the food industry.

Through an extensive programme of audits, using a bespoke technical auditing app and comprehensive monitoring procedures, the technical team are able to guarantee safety, legality and quality of all of our products. At every step of the process from ingredient selection, all the way through to development and customer launch, the FSC technical team ensure that all products, as a minimum, meet the agreed specification.
