Ed GravesShell Profiling & Ordering Specialist
After calling upon Ed to help us out several times, he is now a permanent fixture in the office. Ed loves a medium rare steak with all the trimmings, but is not very keen on fish or seafood, as he thinks anything with a slippery texture is a bit gross. His favourite holiday destinations are America and Switzerland; he has lived in both and loves going back. With America's large landmass to explore and Switzerland’s picturesque scenery, for Ed they will always be interesting places to go to. Playing and writing music is Ed's main hobby, and he likes the opportunity to create anything from a big orchestral piece to ambient soundscapes. When playing in a band, he likes the energy that playing rock’n’roll gives. Ed is far too modest to mention any special talents, but we know that he is a very talented musician.
Toril SimpsonHuman Resource Manager
Toril loves her job as it involves so many different aspects and it's rewarding to be able to engage with employees and help them through situations at work. Her passions include photography, walking the family's two Labradors, music and spending time with her family and friends. Toril loves all sorts of food, but her favourites are sushi and pasta. Italy, Vietnam and India are some of her favourite holiday destinations in addition to visiting her homeland Norway. She is a good table tennis player and is often seen challenging men and women to an arm wrestling match. Her goal is to speak fluent Italian one day!
Paul GolledgeIT Systems Development
Paul is a recent author of a great book called 'Souldrop' so it is unsurprising that he lists text-speak and poor grammar on his list of dislikes. When he is not working on his next book, he is focusing on his son, and playing his guitar as loud as possible in his band. If you ask him to dinner and he offers to bring desert be careful, it is likely to be his own creation - a dish called 'creeping death chocolate mousse'. You have been warned!
Terry HamblinData Expert Shell
Terry has been at FSC since 2012 and he enjoys working with helpful colleagues across the globe and the friendly atmosphere in the office. Outside work Terry enjoys a spot of fishing and watching old films. He is also a big music fan and can be found backstage at the pyramid field in Glastonbury every year without fail. He's not keen on tall stories and prefers honesty and integrity. Whether dinning out or cooking at home curry is always at the top of his list. His ambition is to do some more travelling and see a bit more of the planet.
Chris HardwickFMS Specialist
Chris is a hands-on, outdoorsy type of guy. He loves spending time with his family, going on country walks, but also has a creative side with arts and crafts and he'll even watch the odd Disney movie.His favourite food is homemade lasagne and there isn't really anything he doesn't like. Having grown up on a farm, he enjoys helping out on the family farm and driving tractors. Mexico and the Mediterranean stand out as some of his favourite holiday destinations, but he also enjoys exploring the UK with his wife and son.
Alexander ChildOrder Profiler and Analyst
Alexander grew up in and around Bristol where he obtained experience in data entry and trend analysis in both the energy and construction industry. His favourite holiday destination is anywhere hot with a good choice of local bars. In his own time he enjoys composing, learning and performing music, both alone or with his progressive rock band. His pet hate is spiders. He really can't stand spiders! Having discovered the joys of chillies and hot sauce fairly recently, he finds a spicy curry is always well received and food wise there isn't really anything he strongly dislikes.
Liz RoseExecutive PA
Liz really enjoys working with such committed and knowledgeable people and supporting the team. For Liz, the best bit of her job is the event organising and working closely with the kitchen to present our food in the most beautiful way. Liz loves all French food, owing to the time she spent working in Paris -breakfast just isn’t the same without a Parisian boulangerie. A favourite dinner of hers, (and also guilty pleasure), is a cheese fondue. Her favourite holiday destination is Zanzibar, everything about it is beautiful. her dream family holiday destination would be the Galapagos Islands for a chance to see its unique birds and sea life. Liz loves a challenge and she recently overcame her extreme phobia of spiders with the help of some very clever folk at Bristol Zoo. Her favourite food memories as a child include eating delicious homemade treats by her grandmother, including ‘Nanny’s Special Yellow Fish’ which she has since learned was smoked haddock. She is currently living next door to a developing crayfish and micro herbs aquaponics farm and in her spare time she likes to walk in the lovely Somerset countryside with the their pooch Frank Le Boeuf, and spend time with her friends and family. One day she would like to build a vegetable patch in the garden.
Ravinder ChambersOrder and Planning Advisor
Ravinder has been with FSC since mid 2019. She appreciates being able to get stuck in to a role that provides a good amount of variety and to be able to work with a team of colleagues that not only provide a wealth of experience and knowledge, but also ensure that the team are able to have a laugh and some fun along the way. Rav’s favourite holiday destination is Paphos, Cyprus and she has a good ear for music! Her favourite foods include Jacket Potato topped with Cottage Cheese and Sweet corn. Rav prides herself on being able to stay calm amongst chaos but can’t stand dishonesty.

If you are looking for Ben, he can often be spotted at the gym, walking his dog Tom or enjoying a spicy curry; though he’ll give anything to do with snakes a wide berth. Ben has been with the company now since 2002, and he enjoys working for FSC as he is surrounded by helpful colleagues. If ever you are invited to dinner at Ben's he cooks a mean sausage!

Being a PA is such an interesting and varied role, I’m able to get involved in so many different aspects of the business; no day is the same which holds its own special challenge. Working in the BIC means I am close to the NPD team so I am brushing up on my culinary knowledge. I am a total foodie so I love hearing about new products!When at home I have a passion for fresh food, I love making interesting salads or experimenting with Thai food.Barcelona is my favourite holiday destination. Such a vibrant place and is easy to hop to for a long weekend and amazing food.My spare time is taken up with my daughter, we love farm visits, walking and jumping in puddles.I don’t dislike many things, tinned tuna is up there though…Special talents, I plan on learning how to bake, I’m not great at following weights in recipes but I’d love to be able to make and decorate my daughters birthday cakes!
