Martyn PughOperations Manager
Martyn joined FSC in 2013. He is appreciating the friendly family run work environment at FSC. He does not have the most adventurous of palates and is happy with his favourite 4 cheeses pizza. He is an even less adventurous cook and wields out a frozen meal. Outside of work Martyn can be found on the golf course or watching rugby internationals. He enjoys history too and one day he would like to walk a section of the Great Wall of China.

Helen FerrierProject Manager
I Love working in the food industry having been in it for 15 years and working with household brands such as Young’s and Birds Eye. Following this, I took a career break to have 2 kids and tried a new line in the civil service in Flood Coast risk Management. In between and now coming back to the food industry and a family run business with FSC, I can safely say the sandwich industry is very fast moving, my new role in Procurement involves working across such a broad range of suppliers and product types is hugely exciting and packed with opportunity as FSC is developing its customer portfolio. Eventually I’d love to travel on the Rocky Mountaineer railway, just after it has snowed but before it snows too much and closes for winter. Then travel on to the Calgary and Banff area. When I’m not working its family time; playing with my kids, Swimming, Cooking and everything in between. My main goal overall is to be the best mum and role model to my 2 children.
Mike AbsolomOperations Director
Mike has worked in food and coffee for the last 15 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Mike loves the drive and enthusiasm of the business, with its focus on delivering the optimum customer experience when it comes to Food on the go. As Mike sees it, the heart of the business is delivering customer satisfaction and enjoyment. Mike's role is to deliver operational excellence through the highest level of efficiency, by building close working relationships with our supply and distribution partners. The result of which will be the best possible customer experience, in terms of product management and supply. Mike loves all food, so for him it all depends on the location, but he loves a good curry and beer or Italian food with a glass of red wine. His favourite holiday destination is Namibia – he thinks it's an amazing place, and can’t wait to go back again. In his spare time Mike likes going walking and cycling. Especially walking and exploring in other countries. He doesn't have many dislikes, but the cold and rain are high on the list as it ruins a good walk or cycle! One day Mike wants to walk all the Wainwright hills in the Lake District.
Kiri FisherStock Controller
Kiri's favourite meal would either be spicy food or anything Italian like pizza, pasta or ice cream! She lives life to the fullest - keeping fit, going dancing, eating out and drinking with friends. One of her favourite activities is going to see live bands.Kiri does not like mushrooms or peppers and gets very irritated by loud eaters! As a travel enthusiast, she has her eye on Bali; to date Cuba is her favourite destination.Items on Kiri's bucket list include sky diving and snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef. Kiri can impress onlookers by flaring her nostrils and raise her eye brows separately!
Cameron HenleyOps Project Co-ordinator
Having been at FSC since July 2019 the main responsibility of my role is to track and manage any projects throughout their lifecycle from concept to launch, particularly with launching new products to market. Also support the procurement of new ingredients and third party products. I really enjoy the opportunity of working closely with all our suppliers and building strong relationships with them. It’s would be tough to choose my favourite food as I Love the diversity of all different cuisines however my top choices would have to be Indian or Lebanese!I was lucky enough to live in Brazil as a part of my languages degree and it has to be one of my favourite places I’ve lived in and travelled to. For me, the people, culture and vibrancy stand out from everywhere else. My bucket list at the moment consists of Cuba and Mexico as they are both countries rich with history. In my spare time I enjoy playing (low standard!) sport – 5 aside and cricket in particular and also exploring Bristol and its restaurants and music scene! My secret talent is making up convincing lyrics when I don’t know the words to songs! My future goal – see United win a major trophy again!
