The FSC Academy

The FSC Group has developed its own Academy programme which is designed to develop the next generation of business professionals, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and qualifications to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry. The two-year programme offers a unique opportunity to earn, learn, and grow within several departments in the business — all while making a real impact within the organisation.

The programme offers a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship or a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, (depending on your current educational level) with guidance from tutors from our education partners and in order to blend academic knowledge with real-world experience.

Throughout the programme, participants build professional competence and training across a wide range of vital business areas, including:

• Mastering IT systems to increase efficiency and problem-solve with data
• Creating accurate, compliant, and confidential records and reports
• Making thoughtful decisions using sound judgement and collaborative insight
• Strengthening communication skills across digital, written, and face-to-face channels
• Managing time, priorities, and resources to consistently meet deadlines
• Developing business fundamentals and project management expertise
• Agile working principles
• Gaining deep organisational knowledge, including regulatory understanding and stakeholder awareness
• Delivering excellence through continuous improvement and professional accountability
