Jeremy is an international jet setter with a taste for spicy and sophisticated cuisine. Should Jeremy invite you around for dinner he will make you tasty French style pork with root puree; a dish that avoids the consumption of the poultry that he breeds. Jeremy has been at FSC since 1994 and is motivated by the company’s belief in placing quality as number one. He would like to roll out the deli2go brand further across another couple of continents. Jeremy is disgruntled by poor customer service and works with our partners with an aim to deliver the best.

Some of her favourite creations include fresh bread, freshly baked danish, pizzas, pastas, as well as Indian and Thai food, quite an array. In her spare time Karin enjoys walking her dog, taking in the great outdoors, listening to rock music and following Chelsea and various other sports. She is not so keen on Manchester United or pickled Onions. Karin finds FSC a great company to work for as she enjoys the international experience she gains by working in different cultures, with different people and cuisines.
Yet another sporty colleague Subir is a mean squash and badminton player, who also enjoys a spot of cricket. Subir’s other love is travelling, and he finds joy in marking off different places he has visited around the globe. Subir enjoys most cuisines, as long as they don’t contain mushrooms, avocado, olives or cinnamon! Cooking is not his forte and you’ll be lucky to get a slice of toast if you’re invited over for dinner. Having been at FSC since 1999, Subir appreciates being surrounded by colleagues who regularly go beyond their remit to make things happen.
What Amanda enjoys most about her job is working with a great team of people and making a real difference to the customer experience. She believes she lives in the best county in the UK, Dorset, so in her spare time she does anything that will get her out-and-about, particularly enjoying coastal walks, food festivals, art exhibitions, open-air music concerts and plays.

Satvinder has a real sweet tooth and her favourite foods are cakes and puddings. At a restaurant the dessert menu is the first thing she looks at. She’s not keen on any food that is served with it’s eyes left in, as she doesn’t like the idea of her food looking back at her! (Luckily, not many dishes are served like that.) When not in work, Satvinder enjoys city breaks, beach holidays and in her spare time she likes cooking, especially baking. Her love to baking is balanced with a commitment to keeping fit and going to the gym whenever the opportunity arises.

Jo’s favourite things to do are spending quality time with her boys and shopping, (but NOT at the same time!) If picking a favourite meal, it would be lasagne, but Jo’s least favourite food is baked beans. Jo is very chilled, but middle lane drivers on motorway makes her blood boil! Her favourite holiday destination is New York and for many years she wanted to skydive – she’s done this now, so she will have to think of something else to put on her bucket list.

Ruth is a big foodie and loves trying out new restaurants when she can and at home likes to cook warming comfort food such as roast dinners and casseroles. Ruth aspires to one day run her own business.
Paul is a recent author of a great book called ‘Souldrop’, so it is unsurprising that he lists text-speak and poor grammar on his list of dislikes. When he is not working on his next book, he is focusing on his son, and playing his guitar as loud as possible in his band. If you ask him to dinner and he offers to bring dessert be careful, it is likely to be his own creation – a dish called ‘creeping death chocolate mousse’. You have been warned!
Specialist Development Chef
David has a wealth of knowledge in creating exciting dishes. Thai is his favourite meal out but at home David loves to bake homemade bread. His least favourite food is his Nans over cooked roast dinners! Stefano grew up in Veneto, an Italian region in the north east of Italy, well known for Prosecco, the region’s capital Venice and its large variety of food. Stefano’s love for food started from a very young age as he learned how to cook from his family. He went on to study at culinary colleges and has worked in professional kitchens. What Stefano loves most about his job is the opportunity to play with food, developing various combinations, to create different flavours and textures. Though in his opinion, these should remain simple so they enhance the final product. As a development chef he can do all these kind of things in addition to spending time mastering a preparation technique or recipe.Stefano is an adventurous guy and has done shark cage diving, he’s laid down next to a tiger and has ridden an ostrich, but skydiving and scuba diving are part both of his wish list. He would also really love to go to India one day. In his spare time he loves cooking, eating and travelling, watching films, meeting up with friends and simply relaxing at home with my girlfriend.

Kevin has been at FSC since 1996 and even after all these years he still finds no two days are the same.

Mark is at his happiest when he is eating out, walking his dogs or simply spending time with his daughter and partner – and even happier if accompanied with a decent real ale. Mark can’t stand rude people and very slow drivers, which must be extra frustrating as he spends most of his working day in the car! His favourite holiday destinations are Greece, (he has sailed around most of the Greek islands), and Spain as the food there is nearly as good as Italian food.Mark would like to get back into sailing soon and return to the Greek Isles.

Jade can also read music and can play the flute if persuaded.
James has been at FSC since 2009 and he enjoys the forward thinking way of the company and his colleagues. James likes cooking a Sunday roast but hold the custard with pudding – as he is not a fan. He can also turn his hand to making pizza from scratch. During his working day he is partial to the odd Manhattan Deli Sandwich. In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his family and playing football. He can often be spotted at Longleat – a much preferred pastime to the DIY!
When Thomas has a chance to enjoy his favourite food, he’d pick a rib eye steak, (cooked medium rare), with lashings of peppercorn sauce. He is however, not a fan of any food that contains a creature that has lived in the sea. Thomas loves visiting Morocco to explore the Atlas mountains and to take in the local culture. He dreams of doing a sky dive one day, but just needs to build up the courage! He spends his spare time with his family and friends doing absolutely anything, but as a self-confessed Xbox One geek, you’ll also find him playing this too.

Steve loves Greek food, has a passion for sports and spends a lot of his spare time running, playing football and one day he hopes to run a marathon. His favourite holiday destination is Crete, where he can eat lots of Greek food! Although Steve is generally in a very good mood, he gets irritated by people that don’t indicate at roundabouts, and as he spends a lot of time on the road he sees this a lot! One of Steve’s talents is that he is capable of eating obscene amounts of food!

Stuart has always believed that work does more for a person than pay the bills. It’s important to him that he enjoys working with a great team of people, as well as having had many opportunities to progress and take on more responsibility in his time at FSC. Travelling is Stuart’s favourite thing to do during his holidays, but on a day to day basis, he enjoys watching football and trying out new restaurants. A good old fashioned Sunday roast is something that he enjoys eating as much as cooking. He has also developed a taste for seafood and has a new favourite in soft shell crab and chilli crab. Vietnam is his favourite place in the world, (so far), as it incorporates great food, amazing scenery and friendly people. With his hunger for travelling, China is at the top of the list to go to next.

For me, the most enjoyable part of my role is working with different people and overcoming the challenges of store openings. I strive to ensure solid results the team delivering the Deli2Go products to a high standard as well as providing an exceptional customer service to our clients. When I’m not working you can find me enjoying Thai Food, I love the delicate flavours and anything with a spicy kick!I one day wish to tick South Africa off of my bucket list and whilst there enjoy a Safari and diving with the Sharks off Cape Town.Staying fit is something I like to keep on top of, whether that’s via Kickboxing with my son, it would be great to achieve a black belt like my boy (although I’m not as agile as I used to be) I also like to run, my next goal is to complete the London Marathon again before I’m 50!
Colin started with FSC in August 2018 and has been really impressed by the comprehensive 4 week training plan to prepare him for being out in the field. When Colin was younger, his parents owned an ice cream van which was great, then they they later ran a cafe across the road from his high school which meant free fry ups every lunchtime.A traditional lamb roast dinner is his favourite meal to cook, but definitely not with runner beans, as he has had a dislike of them ever since being force fed them in primary school. He has spent many happy holidays in the Canary Islands but his dream holiday would be a trip to India to trace his family roots. When not working, Colin enjoys playing darts, DIY, the occasional Casino visit and after a few Godfather cocktails, he’s recently discovered a liking for karaoke.
In her role at FSC, she’s really enjoying working with such committed and knowledgeable people and supporting the team. She’s loves the event organising and working closely with the kitchen to present our food in the most beautiful way. Liz’ favourite food is all things French, owing to the time she spent working in Paris. Breakfast just isn’t the same without a Parisian boulangerie! A favourite dinner of her (and also guilty pleasure) is a cheese fondue. Her favourite holiday destination was Zanzibar, as everything about it is beautiful. Her dream family holiday destination would be the Galapagos Islands for a chance to see its unique birds and sea life. Liz loves a challenge and she recently overcame her extreme phobia of spiders with the help of some very clever folk at Bristol Zoo. Her favourite food memories as a child include eating delicious homemade treats by her grandmother, including ‘Nanny’s Special Yellow Fish’ which she has since learned was smoked haddock. She is currently living next door to a developing crayfish and micro herbs aquaponics farm. In her spare time she likes to walk in the lovely Somerset countryside with her family pooch Frank Le Boeuf and spend time with friends and family. Future goals include building a vegetable patch in the garden.

Sam is a proper foodie and loves all food as long it’s shared with good people. That said, he is partial to proper Italian pasta dishes and a good curry. Sam hates tinned salmon, mainly because his housemate is feeding it to their new kitten and it really smells! Sam’s most desirable holiday destination would be anywhere with mountains, either in winter or summer, because of the stunning scenery and his love of the great outdoors. Sam is a keen and competent skier, and has been skiing since he was five. He has previously worked for a British tour operator in France during skiing season and had the best time.

As a Global Deli Development Coach for FSC, I’m currently living in Kuala Lumpur, for a 9 month project. This role is so diverse and there is never a dull moment. While living in another country, there’s always plenty to learn from both a professional and cultural perspective. I work alongside the local teams throughout various projects, from food safety to operational excellence to supply chain development. I have fully embraced the Asian lifestyle whilst living here, enjoying the street foods, amazing tourist attractions and constant sunshine! You can’t beat a rooftop bar at sunset with views of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower, the skyline in this city is among one of the best in the world.I’m looking forward to making the most of my time here and spending some weekend’s island hopping around Malaysia and neighbouring countries. I’m heading to Bali and Langkawi in the coming months for a weekend break, but also want to visit Thailand, Vietnam and Borneo before I leave – the diving in Borneo, Sabah, is supposed to be one of the best spots in the world so that’s definitely on my bucket list!At the weekends & during my time off I become a tourist again and have explored the whole city, some weekends I’ve headed out to the mountains for some incredible hiking excursions.Opportunities like this are few and far between – I’m continuously learning and developing my local market knowledge, working on a number of exiting projects which will have a lasting impact, and getting to see some incredible parts of the world at the same time.
Emma enjoys the variety of her role and working with her lovely colleagues. She’s a foodie like the rest of us and finds that tasty one-pot meals suit her busy lifestyle the best. Emma loves the French Alps, and New York is on her bucket list. One day, Emma would also love to visit Australia and scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef.
Lynn has been at FSC since 2008. She enjoys working with her colleagues and the friendly family run environment. Out of the office Lynn loves a spot of gardening, reading and having the odd spa weekend. She enjoys eating Chinese when dinning out, and at home will cook up a great traditional roast dinner. Whatever the event you can count on Lynn being promptly on time and she gets her feathers ruffled by those that are not. One day Lynn hopes to travel the world and in the mean time enjoys numerous holidays to sunnier climes.

After calling upon Ed to help us out several times, he is now a permanent fixture in the office. Ed loves a medium rare steak with all the trimmings, but is not very keen on fish or seafood, as he thinks anything with a slippery texture is a bit gross. His favourite holiday destinations are America and Switzerland; he has lived in both and loves going back. With America’s large landmass to explore and Switzerland’s picturesque scenery, for Ed they will always be interesting places to go to. Playing and writing music is Ed’s main hobby, and he likes the opportunity to create anything from a big orchestral piece to ambient soundscapes. When playing in a band, he likes the energy that playing rock’n’roll gives. Ed is far too modest to mention any special talents, but we know that he is a very talented musician.

I Love working in the food industry having been in it for 15 years and working with household brands such as Young’s and Birds Eye. Following this, I took a career break to have 2 kids and tried a new line in the civil service in Flood Coast risk Management. In between and now coming back to the food industry and a family run business with FSC, I can safely say the sandwich industry is very fast moving, my new role in Procurement involves working across such a broad range of suppliers and product types is hugely exciting and packed with opportunity as FSC is developing its customer portfolio. Eventually I’d love to travel on the Rocky Mountaineer railway, just after it has snowed but before it snows too much and closes for winter. Then travel on to the Calgary and Banff area. When I’m not working its family time; playing with my kids, Swimming, Cooking and everything in between. My main goal overall is to be the best mum and role model to my 2 children.

Having been at FSC since July 2019 the main responsibility of my role is to track and manage any projects throughout their lifecycle from concept to launch, particularly with launching new products to market. Also support the procurement of new ingredients and third party products. I really enjoy the opportunity of working closely with all our suppliers and building strong relationships with them. It’s would be tough to choose my favourite food as I Love the diversity of all different cuisines however my top choices would have to be Indian or Lebanese!I was lucky enough to live in Brazil as a part of my languages degree and it has to be one of my favourite places I’ve lived in and travelled to. For me, the people, culture and vibrancy stand out from everywhere else. My bucket list at the moment consists of Cuba and Mexico as they are both countries rich with history. In my spare time I enjoy playing (low standard!) sport – 5 aside and cricket in particular and also exploring Bristol and its restaurants and music scene! My secret talent is making up convincing lyrics when I don’t know the words to songs! My future goal – see United win a major trophy again!

What Jackie enjoys most about her job is that everyone is friendly and helpful, and she relishes the challenge of meeting deadlines as it keeps her on her toes. Jackie’s favourite foods are mostly savoury foods, fish and prawns, though Chinese is also high on the list. She visits Sweden at least one a year, but would also love to visit friends in Vietnam and New Zealand which she hopes to do in the near future. In her spare time, she loves getting together with family and friends mainly over a BBQ, and when not at work Jackie enjoys anything crafty including fabric crafts and card art. Like most of us at FSC she has a passion for food, as she is a keen cake decorator and baker. She may be the only woman on the planet who doesn’t like chocolate, but she really dislikes it, even the smell of it! She’s also not a fan of broccoli, beans, mushrooms or avocado. One day, Jackie would love to own her own cake decorating business, making wedding cakes and such.

Since moving out of the big smoke, Andrea has enjoyed exploring the countryside and the local area: she loves trying out different country pubs. She also enjoys going for a run along the beach. A keen learner, Andrea continues to undertake various studies since completing full time education. Her favourite food is anything hot and spicy, but she will always order a risotto if its on the menu. Her pet hate is fruit – either it’s too hairy, too fuzzy, too mushy, or has too many pips! She makes up for this with her love of vegetables, cooked or raw for her five a day! Andrea’s favourite destination is India, where she would love to live one day. She would also like to do a road trip around the USA – particular the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Japan is also on the list of places she would like to visit. Andrea is a talented lady and can tap dance, play the piano and drums, but not yet all at the same time!
