Development Chef, David Worthington, wins Sandwich Designer of the Year Category

David Worthington won the, ‘Royal Greenland MSC Cooked and Peeled Cold Water Prawns’ category with his ‘Prawn Avo Quinoa Summer Body Rolls’. And both David and Stefano Vigo, another FSC Development Chef, were High Commended for their entries in 2 additional categories.
